Cookies
There are none
This site sets no cookies at all. Not analytics cookies, not preference cookies, not the “strictly necessary” ones. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to ask you to consent to.
Privacy
This page covers khanyatech.co.za, the website you are reading. It is a plain account of what the site does, written the way we would explain it to an engineer, rather than a consent banner and four thousand words nobody reads.

Cookies
This site sets no cookies at all. Not analytics cookies, not preference cookies, not the “strictly necessary” ones. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to ask you to consent to.
Storage
No localStorage, no sessionStorage, no database, no service worker. The only script on the site draws the drifting dots behind the platform section, and it writes nothing anywhere. Close the tab and nothing of the visit remains beyond your browser’s ordinary cache of the page itself.
Tracking
There is no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no fingerprinting, no session recording and no social buttons reporting back. We do not build a profile of you, we do not buy or sell data about you, and there is no visitor list to add you to.
What leaves your browser
Loading this site makes requests to exactly one place, and it is ours:
Contact
Every “Talk to us” button on this site is an ordinary mailto: link. It opens your own mail application with our address already in it. Nothing reaches us, and we learn nothing about you, unless you press send yourself.
If you do email us, we receive what you chose to write: your address, your name if you signed it, and the content of the message. We keep it to answer you and to carry on the conversation if it becomes one. It is not added to a mailing list, not sold, and not passed to anyone outside the people working on your enquiry.
Scope
This page describes the website and nothing else. Where Syntalyze is deployed for a client, that client decides what customer data the platform holds, and we handle it on their behalf under the contract and data-processing terms agreed with them. Those are given in writing and are not summarised here, because a brochure is the wrong place to read them.
Your rights
KhanyaTech operates in the United Kingdom and South Africa, so UK GDPR and South Africa’s POPIA both bear on what we hold. You can ask what that is, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing hello@khanyatech.co.za. For this website the honest answer is usually that we hold nothing, because nothing was collected; if you have emailed us, it is that correspondence.
This is a straight account of how the site is built rather than formal legal advice. If it changes, the date at the top changes with it.
Still want to ask
Privacy questions reach the same address as everything else, and are answered by someone who knows how the site is built.
